Complaints

At Health House Dental Practice we take complaints very seriously and a copy of our complaints procedure is displayed at reception and available on request. If you feel you need to make a complaint, we ask you in the first instance to speak directly to your dentist. We aim to resolve all such matters promptly and efficiently.
