At your initial visit you will be asked to fill out a Medical History Form and provide us with a list of any current medication that you are taking. This will ensure we have the necessary information to treat you safely. All information is kept strictly confidential.

 

A full mouth examination will be carried out. X-rays may need to be taken and the dentist will explain the reasons why they are required. All findings will be recorded and explained. Based on the various treatment options available, a treatment plan will be formulated with you.

 

You will be provided with a written estimate of the treatment costs and your next appointment will be made.
